The Inn is located in the historic North End of downtown Colorado Springs in view of Pikes Peak. Using one of the Guest Rooms as a home base, day trips to local attractions is a breeze. 

Are you thinking of an intimate wedding or commitment ceremony? Invite your guests and provide the flowers, license, and the officiate. The Inn is the perfect place for a small ceremony in the living room in winter or the garden in summer and the European Provincial Suite can be your honeymoon retreat. The Inn can also support day or evening events/meetings for those interested in meeting and staying in the same location.

- Rates per night, based on double occupancy.
- No more than two may occupy a room.
- Regular rates include full breakfast.
- Please inquire about corporate, government, and multi-night discounts.
- A deposit equal to first nights stay is required.
- Final payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or cash.
- Check-in 4 to 7 PM unless otherwise arranged.
- Checkout by 11 AM.
- Minimum two-night stay on weekends, June 1st to October 1st.
- Minimum three-night stay on certain holiday and event weekends.
- Children over 11 years accommodated.
- No pets / No smoking.
- Four-day notice required for no-charge cancellation.
- With less than seven-day notice, the first night of the stay will be charged.
- Sales tax and lodging tax totaling 10% is additional.
