Our gourmet breakfast is sure to be a highlight of your Colorado Springs vacation at The Summit House Inn. Innkeeper/owner, Carol Harper, previously a catering manager in Europe, welcomes and treasures the opportunity to present delicious and eye-pleasing repasts.

A full, gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room between 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. weekdays and between 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. However, if you're interested in a lighter meal or have special dietary needs, we are happy to honor your requests. Also, if you must depart prior to the regular breakfast hours, your early departure will be made easier by a thoughtfully created meal-to-go.
